The NBA/Adam Silver are most to blame for this. By not addressing and taking a hard stance against regular season load management of star players on national TV (TNT) spotlights, it caused the ratings for the actual games on this network to dip, because close to no one is going to watch lesser talent players perform. So I understand why TNT is not throwing everything they have to keep NBA coverage.

Absolutely love Charles and all of them on Inside the NBA, but working in the TV industry myself, you have to know that no one is ever guaranteed a job and no show lasts forever. It's a freelance business and even the best shows on TV end. It's sad, I'm disappointed, but everyone on that show had a long run and I'm sure made a good living.

Dan and Charles are in my top 5 all time FAVORITE and BEST announcers I have ever worked with because they are sincere, honest and hilarious. Candor is worth so much more than bean counters realize. Inside the NBA is TV magic with wonderful chemistry, and arguably the consistently BEST NBA studio show on TV. I hope Charles and team can find a way to save it despite the foolish greed of Warner brass.

It's literally the only show that I i watch on TNT, and the only time I tune into the channel is when Inside is on. Even if i have no interest in the game, I'll watch Inside.

Barkley was an absolute beast in the post... you would have thought he was 6'10, because he played big. He has all the credibility to talk...hate the show is ending.

Warner Brothers Discovery has been cutting costs since the merger and NBC/Comcast, Disney, and Amazon have money to throw at whatever they want. It's really not that complicated. The college football deal sounds like a deal with ESPN to get some games and not a deal with any conference or school. I was hoping that Amazon would just snatch up the cast and crew of Inside the NBA for their studio show. Ernie could still stay with Turner Sports and just moonlight with Amazon. Kirk Herbstreit and other presenters from Amazon's Thursday Night Football show have other full time jobs with other networks so it's not like Amazon wouldn't let Ernie keep his job with Turner.

While I would concede, it's annentertaining show, the basketball analysis portion is weak and often inaccurate (Kenny being the only consistent Commentator).... Shaq and Charles personalities are tune-in worthy but when they get to making in-game predictions, it's time to turn the channel😮
