😮. Wouldn't there have been a copper arbitrage? Any locally rare material has a higher value. In other regions where that material is abundant it is cheap. So those visiting cruise ships would have a cargo hold full of copper to trade to the primitives.

You mean progressives treatment of Africa. Their the ones holding back the loans preventing the expansion of power generation that’s needed for progress. All because of their deranged climate change BS and lust for power over all. That and the corruption of African leadership who could use the resources they have to build it themselves even if at a slower pace,
