Good story, a shame the MC is stupid. Why? Because at the last moment, he could have taken the picture but goes like "Oh, but no one's going to believe me, even though i have the evidence right in front of me and i can easily take a picture of it". And if that wasn't enough, instead of keeping the Russian message, he just deletes it? Like, what the actual hell?

Something I like about these stories is that leaving the reader to connect the dots is a great move to play because you get to use your imagination, your thoughts so what do you think it looks like? Good, Lovecraftean style story- well read as always. The ending felt a bit rushed and it would have been better if we could have had some as to what the creature looked like or what it was or how it was managing to lurk about the base without being seen outright or recorded on tape... but that aside- good stuff 👍🏼

There's something about the narrators voice that really reminds me of Mr Creepy Pasta, not just similar voices but the range, the emotion, the skill for drawing the listener in & painting such a clear picture really helps make the experience into a vivid journey. It's a genuine talent. Some narrators I find have very flat, neutral voices & have to depend on the quality of the story. It's such a treat when you get a combination of a great story & a great storyteller like this one.

All you have to do is say "Stop, you have committed crimes against Skyrim and her people. What say you in youd defence?" Given that it is an ancient creature, it undoubtedly doesn't know how to use dialouge in Skyrim and as such will be stuck in place until someone arrives and kills it. Alternatively you could say "Stop! You have violated the law!" In case it can still move while you are speaking.

Nicely read! I once nearly took a job in Antarctica as a heavy equipment operator through a contractor on a project for the national science foundation. The land has always interested me and I've wondered sometimes what could really be alive in those lakes. Interesting story. Well done all around.

The thing I love about your videos is that you rarely do cheesy rule videos, and mostly do solid stories like this. However, when you have done “rule” creepypastas, they’re amazing. Would love to know if you have any others cause I’ve only found one. Also, I’ve pretty much watched everything that’s 30 minutes plus. So I’m going through all the shorter ones. The left right game got me through 2 days of work lmao.

This ambience is so thick, I love it, but the very first actual jump I had was when the bore hole had water come up, and the protagonist said “we” need to plug or fix the hole... when tons of time was given to reiterate that he is alone there... I paused so quick, then paced the room. This needs to be a series, and I haven’t even finished the video.

Wow! Well done! I was listening with my eyes closed, sitting in bed when the...to avoid spoilers... super intense moment in the story happened, my dog decided it was time for my first heart attack and jumped onto my stomach. Europa, one of Jupiter’s moons and its ice covered surface, is so interesting as is considered the most likely place to discover other life forms in our solar system. “It has a very thin atmosphere composed primarily of Oxygen”, according to Google. Google is fun.

Bro, I love this so much. I’ve always wanted to visit Antarctica as a scientist, tho I would never want to be left alone out there, especially with my levels of anxiety Also thank you to the person in the comments who translated the Morse code (I freakin knew it was Morse code as soon as they said it seemed to have a pattern to it), my Morse code is very limited and honestly I’m far too lazy to try to translate it myself, especially at this hour

Okay, I'm no expert here, but I am pretty sure that when you pressurise water like this, you don't stop it from freezing, you turn it into ice, regardless of ambient temperature. Also, if your plan is to study potential life in the water, pressurising it might not be the best idea, as that is an excellent way of killing things. Also, for those interested, the knocking is morse code. "Why did you let it out" is what it says.
@ryandaly3680
@ryandaly3680 4 жыл бұрын
Water is unusual. Increasing pressure causes freezing point depression rather than increase as what happens with most substances. Check out the phase diagram at bit.ly/35Id7x4. Increasing the pressure on water will require a lower temperature to freeze than it would at lower pressure. The indicator that water is different is in the slope of the vertical line in that diagram. The slope is negative rather than positive. Water's molar volume also increases on freezing as a result of the large structural change that happens in which the crystal structure aligns the molecules in a very open pattern.
