If Goku Black was around, the Elephant GOD Ramushi would have enlisted him in their team even if Gowasu objected. Since Zamasu had already used the Super Dragonballs to obtain Goku’s body, he already discarded his identity as a Kaioshin which makes him a mortal. So he is eligible to participate in the TOP. If universe 10 have Black in their team, they would definitely have survived till the final stages and Black is definitely able to survive till the final stages. He would eventually be eliminated by either Jiren, Goku or Vegeta.
