Very less salary and huge workload, huge politics and ultimately I had to resign. This is not the problem of West Bengal. @@streetsmarts404 all I can say is, we are trying our best to ensure the quality of loans given is good as it is done by proper due diligence and underwriting, but yes, when you are forced to do things on such high scale and work force is so less in public sector banks (while they are still serving 80% Indian people)... Things are very tough for us. Lots of young bankers are leaving the job and resigning due to high pressure and stress.

To prevent devaluation of rupee, we should reduce energy imports, by building solar panels, and biogas plants. And I am not joking about biogas. Europe has gone big on biogas, to provide cooking gas and bio-manure, from waste.

Devalauation will stop if India export become bigger than import.
