DIY Lazy Susans - How to make Lazy Susan with Dollar Store items

Hi everyone!! I am having a bad case of Spring fever and that usually means I start to look at ways to bring Spring inside!! Today I am sharing a simple DIY on how to make a lazy Susan for anywhere in your house using materials from the Dollar Store and Michael's - of course using their weekly coupon! I made two different designs and I love them both. I’d love to hear in the comments below if you are working on any Spring DIYs and what they are!! Enjoy!! 😊

Kelly, this is awesome!!! The gold washi tape definitely made the marble pop. And the chalkboard one is so clever.

OMG! I really liked the cheese stamp on the round board. I would have just sealed it. Then use that as my lazy susan. I think that would be a great conversation piece.

would you be able to put on 651 vinyl on the painted one, when the paint dries, even after should you gloss it after the vinyl.

Get your husband one of the garage multi directional LED lights from Amazon. They're about $30 and will illuminate that whole workshop. They screw directly into a standard light socket--so no installation. It's life changing!

Thanks Yvonne! Sorry I missed that part - wood rounds are from dollar store, paint is from Michael's as is the gold tape, the contact paper was from a local hardware store as was the lazy Susan turntables. Hope that helps! TFW!

I Just Found The Hardware In A 2 Pack On Amazon For About $6. The Lazy Susan’s However Seem Like They Start At About $25 And Up For Good Quality Ones.. I’m Sure Cheap Slabs/Scraps Of Wood Are Cheap As Well!

Just a suggestion, but if you're going to label a video as being made "with Dollar Store items," then you really should use actual dollar store items, and not just one piece. It's misleading and frustrating for people who think they might get help in building something actually made from dollar store pieces. One piece of wood and some trim does not a lazy susan make.
