I made the cheese cake one I did not have silk milk or strawberrys so I used milk and fresh blueberrys.it was missing alittle sweetness but I thought it was wonderful.thank u this is perfect to send out the door for one preteen and one young adult for breakfast.💕

I love that these recipes don't have ice, since it really dilutes it. Personally, I recommend freezing your fruit so it adds thickness and iciness to the smoothie :)
