I'm amazed by how someone as sweet and joyful as Elizabeth Moss is can do so many sad, depressing and dark roles. That's a testament of what a great actress she is.

@@couldibewearinganymoreclothes A forced one child policy is the far more likely scenario than any issue with actually obtaining an abortion. Don’t worry - the powerful want as many abortions as possible. This isn’t Gilead. The transhumanist agenda is the real threat & nobody is hiding it.

I love this show so much, I missed the airing of season 4 because my sister had passed away & it was mine & her special time. So it was bittersweet took me till it was almost over before I started the season. Season 5 will air on her 2yr anniversary of her death so I will be celebrating my sis by watching it....

The first 2 seasons of handmaids tale were gold. Honestly some of the best acting I’ve seen on television in years. However im not the biggest fan of the direction the show took especially in season 4

So Emily’s been mutilated, has her lover executed in front of her. attacked and killed people in Gilead to survive and came out the other side living with her partner and her son in Canada. She’s been through equally if not more terrifying trauma in Gilead. June should get some therapy and start healing like Emily did. Can’t she just rest for a bit.? Isn’t it convenient every time she feels the need to fight it’s also avoiding parenting that kid she and that war criminal Nick made? So tired of June and her drama

I know it’s just a show, but her “drama”? These women went through an unimaginable hell, however they cope and deal with the fallout is fair in my opinion. I do agree Emily is handling it “better”, but again, we can’t fault June or anyone for being broken from what they endured.

@@BK-2003 be a parent..stop it already. Why should the war criminal (Nick) and June get away from not raising their daughter? Why is Luke doing it and she keeps pulling away? Raise your daughter and start healing for her sake at least a little bit…or put her up for adoption while you fight Gilead. It’s not Luke’s job to parent Nicole if June plans on being with Nick and fighting Gilead

@@krislv9219 that’s all very true as well. I think June is putting an unfair amount of pressure on Luke and expecting a lot. I think it’s hard for her to see past her own trauma right now & she wants to live for herself, which I don’t blame her for. But like you said, ultimately she is a parent. She can’t exactly live for herself, no matter what she went through
