Unlike all the tf2 videos you’ve seen so far this is made using mostly gmod. The knight and Spyro the dragon part was a Skyrim reference. In tf2 you can apply decals to surfaces (but now you can’t do them in normal valve servers)

This is one of the most popular TF2 animations, also, the creater died, its sad

Just so you know, this video wasnt actually made in SFM, it was made using gmod which is why it has an almost stop-motion style to it (also gmod videos tend to be "wackier" than SFMs which I think is a good thing)
