Good thing a lot of people in the comment section got why YG didn't show more of Ruka's rap practice. Long time YG stans really know how YG does things when their preparing a group for debut. So many people love to villain-ize YG and so many people think they can do it or decide better than YG. I mean, the guy has produced more ICONS than I can count, apart from being an ICON himself. The fact that we are all following Baby Monsters and are very invested on their debut, proves that the YG Strategy is working the way they intend it to.

The two English speakers (Ahyeon and Pharita) will definitely not be eliminated. English speakers are crucial in the success of Kpop groups in the current era.

I think ruka feels like a “side character” here because it’s a vocal mission and she’s not a vocal. She gets her own little rap yes, but the mission is about vocals. There’s going to obviously being other missions after both teams do their vocal mission. Ruka will most likely be focused on more when the mission is about rap or dance. Ahyeon and pharita are not only vocals, but have the two biggest voices of the group. So it’s easy to focus on them more because they are actually doing the vocals for the vocal challenge.

I think Ruka's strongest part is her dance She slays when she dance her move are clear and very Polished then other members like Lisa and Very importantly I think Baby Monster will be OT7 in the end for sure 🤞

I wanted see bit more of Ruka practicing her rap and her struggles. I hope she gets more screen time in next Ep or it will be disappointing. Also after seeing them having hard time covering gone really puts Rosie into another perspective. How she killed that song. That part at the end of the chorus is really very hard. It literally requires to transition through different vocal registers so quickly and while using bit falsetto.

You don't see much of RUKA bcoz this is a vocal challenge and the song itself doesn't have any rap part so I don't think it's wise to spoil her self-written rap before the actual performance... my theory about BM is they will debut 7 but if there's really an elimination RUKA, ASA, RORA, AHYEON these four aren't going to be eliminated..
