at the last testing you did which is the winding to body IR Test .. After U1 , before you test V1 , I think you need to press again the test button so that the value appeared when you tested U1 will be removed and you can have a unique test value for V2.

Regulation states that the resistance between winding values is not to differ more than 5%. If it does the motor fails the test as imbalance resistance between winding resistance.
