Singer Alessia Cara shared that she sets aside 30 minutes of "worry time" to help take care of her mental health. The Grammy winner also revealed her new Owen Wilson impression and talked about Ellen's star-studded 60th birthday party, which she called “the most insane night of her life.”

As someone who also suffers from anxiety and got the same advice from therapy, it will improve your daily life. You worry about stuff for 30 minutes and then go on with your day. You feel more relaxed, less stressed and worried.

Hi @ellen My cousin brother Fayaz Ahmed who is an driver by profession is in severe condition as both of his kidneys are not working and also he is suffering from pneumonia which caused 50% lungs damage.
