Apparently the plan was to have the orignal band redo it but for whatever reason they weren't able to reach them which is why they had Story of the Year cover it instead. Love Story but yeah it wasn't the best fit for them songwise.

Agreed wholeheartedly. I met Christian in 2011, and I told him to his face that he deserved to be the next one to get all three of the ECW, World Heavyweight, and WWE championships. He was WHC at the time, but never got the last one. I always hated that for him.

Actually Jim Johnston didn't make this song, Perhaps he Mixed and mastered it as a producer and sent the Version heard here but if memory serves correct Waterproof blonde released their version the full length one before christian adopted it as his theme.

@@cjmania1980 Like Edge, he was cleared, I'm guessing he was the testing the waters back when he was storyline taken out by Orton and got in shape for a comeback, from what is being said, he will be wrestling on a part time schedule, something like Edge had when he came back, There no live events so that also helps prevent his body from breaking down so quick so we may very well get a decent final run from him.

I wouldn't say Vince hated Christian because he did win titles atleast but he did not give Christian the push he deserved. Around 2005 Vince only pushed Cena and Batista when it was clear Christian should of been alongside them. Which is the reason Christian left to TNA for some time.

This song is so good because it's a rip off/copycat of Evanescence's My Last Breath, no wonder why they used also a female vocalist aswell, My Last Breath was written in 2001 and appeared in Evanescence debut álbum Fallen. This is basically the bridge plus the strings and guitar from Ev's song

If you rewatch the Attitude era as well as the Ruthless Aggression era, Christian is neck in neck in terms of talent with Edge. So this idea that Edge was somehow the better of the two was ridiculous.
