Liverpool: annual net spend in the transfer market of around £30.2 million during Klopp's tenure as manager. City: with Guardiola's annual net spend three times that figure at £96.6m. So Pep had more than 3x more money than Klopp but only won twice as many trophies. While Jurgen Klopp has to balance the books in the transfer market, Guardiola can just spend, spend and spend until he gets it right. City making so many mistakes in the transfer market in recent years, but it's not a problem for Pep as gets another £200million from the club’s sugar daddy owners from Abu Dhabi to try again. Remember when City bought keeper Claudio Bravo and he was not up to the job? Well, it wasn’t a problem because they went and bought Ederson to replace him. They had problems with their defence after Vincent Kompany’s retirement, so Guardiola was handed a few hundred million to sort it out. Then last summer they spent £100million to buy Jack Grealish and were willing to pay another £100million to get Harry Kane out of Tottenham. There is no doubt who is the better manager.

Totally different. Ferguson is a pure tactician. He cares alot about his tactics. Klopp rallies his players, the club, the city and the fans around the world. He's the best man-manager ever in world football. You don't see Ferguson interacting with the fans like Klopp always do.

I always find it fascinating that sports managers are that close together in a typical stadium match. Actively relaying instructions to players like chess pieces. So sorta think the other manager can eavesdrop, read their body language and react instantly

Was watching footage of the City fans all leaving their seats during the match when they were losing then all rushing back when they scored their first goal.....Then left again when it looked like full-time was near then all rushing back again when the second goal went in.....So embarrassing.....
