Flashing high beams means they are clear to get back across after passing. The blinkers are a response to say "thankyou for telling me that I'm clear" Source: dad drives trucks

When the truck getting overtaken flashes it’s lights it means the truck overtaking is clear of them and they can move back over. When they indicate right to left that means thankyou

About the trucking question. When they flash they lights it means they want to pass. And when they flash hazards it means thank you for making way. I could be wrong but yeah. From my time on the road that's what I know

@@TheFellasNetwork Well boys I'm happy to say shes got 260k on her now and she made the journey through the mountains and desert. It was great fun she needs a bath now though. Shes a black wagon and spattered in so much snow salt it looks like a condor shit on it. I'm just glad climbing mountains and doing pulls passing on the highway for 12 hours straight didn't kill it.
