There is no link between blood cholesterol and food cholesterol. The link that eating high cholesterol food will lead to high cholesterol in blood could not be proven. The only exceptional cases are those with diabetes.

People who eat bournvita and other artificial supplement are saying that Amul butter in this video is not harmful. It has good cholesterol and is a good source of vitamin D and lowest trans fat. Before criticising anything look at the contents on the package.

Brother every oil and butter is fortified and contain vit d and reduced trans fats but it's when you consume in limited quantity. This much butter will kill you if you eat every now and then.

Clean your bowls after each use!! Leaving raw eggs in a bowl like that and then reusing it without cleanup is very unsanitary!!!
