EVEN IN MUMBAI THESE IRANI CAFES ARE FAST DISAPPEARING. IN MY OPINION THERE ARE TWO REASONS: ONE-MOST CAFE'S ARE DIVERTING TO MODERNISATION AND CHARGING HUGE RATES. SECOND-REST OF THE CAFE' OWNERS ARE NOT GETTING THE MANPOWER AS REQUIRED AND DYING THEIR NATURAL DEATH.

Instead of a simple Serving tray they are carrying dishes one on top of others and same with servings of tea too...how much it will take to wear simple gloves and serve in a tray? ... Totally unhygienic
