Another club that went Bankrupt: CSKA Sofia CSKA is the most successful and with one of the biggest supporters' groups in Bulgaria's history: with 31 League Titles, 20 Cup and 4 Supercups won. (+2 semifinals in the European Champion Clubs'Cup) + academy players: Martin Petrov, Stilyan (Stan) Petrov, Dimitar Berbatov and Hristo Stoichkov, just to name a few. The club had dodgy Chairman within the past 10 years, result - OVER 10 Million Leva (5 Million Euro) debt and not paying players regularly. They paid mostly when the next match is going to be vs Levski Sofia (their Eternal Rival). The club in 15/16 went Bankrupt and it was sent to the Third tier of Bulgarian Football with a squad that was mostly of academy players. They went to win the Third tier + The Bulgarian Cup of all. In the 16/17 season, Litex Lovech (an abroad team from Lovech town) was kicked out from the 15/16 league by the Bulgarian FA after the team has left the pitch in the first half against Levski Sofia in a League match. Litex renamed itself to "CSKA - Sofia" and moved to the capital, taking the Bankrupt CSKA. And now the team that won the cup with a youth squad went to being a club that it's mostly Litex players and staff. A part of the CSKA Sofia fans made their own club: "CSKA 1948" and it's competing in the Fourth Tier of Bulgarian Football.

And of course masterminding the Abramovic deal! Besides Chelsea, he also contributed a lot to the development of the new Wembley and the making of the Prem helping all of top level English football forever.

FC Red Star Belgrade should be on this list. They won CL 1991, they beat Olimpique M. in the final. Now FCRS is decent professional club of eastern Europe.

Dnipro was a Europa League finalist in 2015,had players like Boyko, Kalinic,Konoplyanka,etc. in their squad,and now in early 2017 the club is about to get liquidated because of a bunch of debt.
