there is a vast difference between killing in defence of your country and killing someone because of their irresponsibility or negligence or in the case of some of these guys being a complete monster who kills because someone gets in your way or for pleasure. It is a damn shame that this has been missed and that Philip F. Fullard is on the same list as some of these scumbags after putting his life on the line to defend his country.
