Look for me i want just to give a hint of whats going on, cause in Costa Rica Samsung its dying, Xiaomi and many chinese brands are taking control of the nation now that on the TV and mobile side of things, most true sales are done on middle and low end product ranges, but samsung isnt justifying its position, and i personally used a samsung galaxy A32 5G 128GB from 2021 and i hated it, it was just garbage with the evil guy of the movie being the UI, its crap and not only you cant uninstall bloatware, it has samsung hyper exclusive apps you dont want or are even entirely useless like the galaxy store and its poor offer of apps, but still i just dont like the brand and i think samsung might shine on developed countries but its actually disapearing on developing ones, cause here in costa rica, we love google since the early chrome days and most costa ricans use chrome more than any other browser and android sells more phones here than apple, in fact only less than 200 000 people on the entire nation use iPhone and most of them are US foreginers living here and costa rican borned descendants of such as well as high class costa rican engineers and architects, so in fact if i was to buy an expensive phone, ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro Edition on 2024 takes the crown of absolute Android beast, not experience, i want a very TRUE Phone that delivers a meaningfull fast software experience and runs all the games i want on high definition in audio, pixel resolution and frames per second, gaming phones are the ones who delivers that, even samsung once the king of high spec phones losses the throne against this bad boy from taiwan (dont worry, but indiferent from your political view i know taiwan isnt going to be annexed by china cause since 2022 china has being silent and probably secretly cancelled the taiwan invasion for good due to cost overuns and image against the world), but still nothing happened so the world keeps running normal, so i guess the future its bright for both my country Costa Rica and the tech landscape in general as people are diggin more in what tech spec theyll buy before they click in "pay" on Amazon website, yes in Costa Rica, amazon its the king

The only way this would work is if the software platform is functional. That means an OS (most likely Linux, as it supports RISC-V already) that contains all the drivers and the integration so the user can simply work. As far as I could see, RISC-V was not yet as advanced as ARM (even in the ARM world, Raspberry Pi is miles ahead most others), but we might be shown something else, who knows?

Let's say tomorrow the watch or buds launch, its popular, people see them on the street, trains etc. THey'd think damn the new Apple Watch or Airpods are so popular, must be good, and go buy them (based on the logic of free advertisement). Samsung buds were different to the rest on the market, everyone who tries to copy Apple has the same design, Samsung alongside a few other brands were different.

@@allethre at $700, this better be cleaned up and new sensors. Apparently the sensors on the Galaxy Watch 6 series are years old. Probably why Apple hasn’t really done much to their watches, they don’t really have competition.

It seems pretty damn competitive right now but both Intel and AMD are about to release their next gen SoCs for laptops and they seem better than the X Elite in most regards on top of not having compatibility issues. X Elite is a bit late to the party, prices will have to be cut heavily for qualcomm to take market share and the leverage that comes with it.
