Brandon Nabnab is acutully Banban backwards if you put it together correctly, I don't know if that helps. But I think Nabnab was rejected by the characters of Garten of Banban, so that's why on the casset in the first game there were screams, because I think Nabnab got his revenge. And maybe the Garten of Banban characters are trying to warn us like Jumbo Josh did, because I think he didn't want us to die to him. But that is only my theory. Hope that helps!

Actually, jumbo josh saved you. If he wasn't there you would fall and die he broke your fall damage. He is a life saver. and when you see the green liquid trail near the position of start of the game, follow the trail. You will be lent to a hole. Jump in there. Next thing you know, you're jumbo josh but if you die, you turn back normal.
