People underestimate how overprotective cats are. My cat is a super senior now but when he younger he would literally escort me to the bus stop and watch from a distance until I got on the bus. Even now if he feels like my dog is crossing a boundary when playing he will intervene and swing if he’s motivated. He’s my lil 17 year old muffin baby but looking back he was kinda lowkey dangerous to everyone but me.
