Thegim award to Darjeeling litterateur Prem Pradhan
The award ceremony of Dr. Shova Kanti (Thegim) Memorial Award 2024 was held on Thursday at the auditorium of TNSSS, Development Area in Gangtok.
Darjeeling litterateur Prem Pradhan was presented the Thegim award for his novel ‘Chinta Salkeko Pahad’ which was published in 2022.
The literary award is presently annually on July 4, the birth anniversary of late Dr. Thegim and carries a cash award of Rs. 50,001, a Tamra Patra and a certificate.
