Hi Pranesh - yes they can use a treadmill. Prefer to use a treadmill that has arm support (better not get the horizontal fold ones that I recommended).

I liked PowerMax Fitness TDM-9x (for walking and light jogging) and it says supported user weight 100 kg. My weight is 91 kg. Since you mentioned to minus 20-30 kg, so should I or Should I NOT go for PowerMax Fitness TDM-9x?

Yes bro you can and you should.... I bought it for my mother also, but here is a little tip : you need to push them to walk on it daily at least for 5 min otherwise it will be used as clothing hanger 🤣🤣. Now after a year .... I don't get time to use it at all and only my mother uses it so now I'm being lazy, buy it only if you can maintain the mindset of using it purposefully.

Hi Lucky, based on age and ability - walking, cycling or even basic stretching can be done for people with RA. If walking is preferred, you can select one of the treadmills recommended.
