Easy VEGETABLE EGG DROP SOUP Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
2 litres Water
1 medium Onion (white), finely chopped
1 medium Carrot, finely chopped
Celery, chopped
3 large Eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 Chicken broth cubes
1/2 cup Cornstarch (dilute in 1/2 cup water)

Haha gumawa na nman ako ng soup, i just added konting small potato cubes aside from the orig ingredients, masarap ulit sya. Pwde palang mag variant at masarap pa rin. Tamang tama; it's a rainy morning, masarap humigop ng eggdrop soup na mainit.tnx for this simple and easy recipe, sumasarap ang araw,ang dali pang lutuin❤

Egg drop soup is easy to prepare and it is the best soup for a couple or a family during cold seasons. It’s absolutely delicious and nutritious. It is the best before starting your meal.

aaay ang galing! recipe ko po yan dto sa bahay namen para sa mga chikiting ko❤ ang sken naman po eh nag eexperiment pa ko minsan nilalagyan ko ng kikiam and squidballs soup na pwede na ding pangulam 😍, o kaya mnsan lalagyan ko ng corn para maging corn soup naman sya. sarap po nyan ❤

I think celery is better than spring onions, for the soup. Make the soup smell more delicious.
