Find a base and work from there. Unfortunately the game engine and networking are very weird so perfect settings will vary game to game and session to session. I like 105 FOV, 3/5/6 for sense. 120 makes the game feel nicer and quicker but I'm getting old and blind 😅 so need to be a bit more zoomed in.
