Can I also just say how clearly well raised your girls have been, the fact they’re trying new things when children their age would usually say no too. Absolutely beautiful the way they have all taken to it so we’ll. I hope you guys are proud of them as parents too as they’re amazing. ❤

Love the positive outlook and love the attitude you all have towards Penang malaysia !! Locals in general have always been friendly towards each other and especially towards kind foreigners !! There's so many other foods for u all to explore and you all have only scratched the surface. SLOWLY explore and I think malaysia will show u many more surprises . I would like to recommend you to bring the girls to Entopia , Escape waterpark is one of my favourites. Park wise pls explore botanical Gardens, youth park and there are a plethora of hiking trails from beginner to expert level to trek . I recommend youth park and the simple trek to number 3 hill and it will be a good first try . All the parks in penang, you will encounter wild monkeys and wildlife . Welcome to penang and hope you all discover more of what malaysia has to offer !!

Penang Island, George Town was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008. Cultural diversity and heritage are inseparable in George Town, Residents of George Town live in peace and respect each other. We embrace universal values of each other. That make Penang different from other cities and countries. Multicultural jewel of Penang Island is a strong example for a world that from time to time is conflicted by ethnicity and religion. However, Penang is a unique place where we all live together as one big family of melting pot races. You have to find out and experience the uniqueness.

Welcome to Penang Hutchinsons! Have enjoyed your videos and hope you will stay on in Penang for sometime. I'm from Penang but living and working in Singapore now - although I go back to Penang regularly. There will be lots more to explore, see, eat and enjoy in our little state. Some tips from watching this video - 1) you will get used to eating rice meals with your spoon rather than your fork, you should use the fork to push the food on to the spoon. 2) Penang is generally safe but do not let your guard down too much as petty crime does exist. 3) Grab is indeed handy and you can order food delivery through Grab as well for those days you find it too cumbersome to go out. 4) Penang does have old architecture and infrastructure is slowly getting better but yes, do take care when exploring and walking about - not all places have adequate safety measures built in (hence the accidents Chris experienced) 5) I'm with you about air-cond in the gym but i am told real hardcore gym rats frown on air-cond in the gym! But overall, you will slowly get more and more used to the weather. End of the year tends to be more rainy so check the forecast when you go out as well. Umbrellas will be very useful. Have fun, and always know that there's a whole community of people here rooting for you all... reach out if there's anything you will need! 😃

Traditionally, air-con is not commonly available in gyms due to the "misconception" that cold air has detrimental effects on your health. Such as, even if you go to the air-con gyms, they still switch the air-con off or leave the windows and doors wide open. I am a local, but I don't buy the idea though.

I actually love the idea of emailing the girls their lessons / learning for the day, it’s a really good idea for them all to feel independent and working ‘alone’ but in such a really good way. Loved the choice of ribbon for the tea, great wise words for you all, how beautiful that it was sat their for you waiting- what a sign I bet that felt to you. Out of curiosity how have the girls got on without seeing friends or family have they been questioning it or have they taken to it like ducks to water? Have a brilliant time exploring the world and so excited to see the rest!! ❤❤

Catch the cable car up to the top of genting, midway the cable car will make a stop at Chin Swee Temple. You can get off from there and explore and see the surrounding. Walk up to the pagoda temple right to the top and the view is stunning. Keep your tickets with you so you can continue your ride to the top of the resort Yes, you can use your ticket back and continue your ride to the top. If you decide not to visit the temple you do not need to get off at the temple. Should you decide to visit the temple, then keep your ticket to continue your ride.
