That's varies on business to business, what kind of product they sells...... If I have a jewellery shop I will be having 5-10 workers and I'm good to go but if I have a textile shop then 5 -10 works on a moderate level of business is no where near

Sir, I have 2.5 yrs work ex and left job 3 months before CAT, but my CAT, SNAP and XAT not good this year. I had prepared for 4months for these exams. Now my age also 27 years. My last exam is XGMT. yes you can go for some sort of course or certification such as Frm ,Cfa if you are in finance domain. And if you are in marketing you should go for PMP certification.

95 percentile atleast as your academic record is poor so you need to cover up with CAT Score

check out how composite scores are calculated for every iim. Even though you are from sc category, that doesn't mean other people of the same category as yours are on your level. The best of the best people are coming for iims. Toppers with 10/9/9 profile plus went to top institutes for grad even though after using quota, they still worked hard and were selected. So don't think it'll be easy. Get at least 98%ile and then you'll be as worthy as any other person in iims. Speaking from experience.
