I'm not joking but a girl in my serority was hospitalized at 5ish because she ate too many carrots. She had a literal obsession with them and hid them all over her room to eat later. She also would steal, hoard, and eat her younger sisters carrot baby food. I met her parents once and asked them about this and they confirmed.

Another pretty rare death would be the one of Roman Emperor Tiberius. During the last days of his life, he constantly suffered from heart attacks that presumably killed him, as every time he had a infarct, his medic Charicles declared him officially dead, as he couldn't find any pulse. However, once all of his subjects had sworn loyalty to the new emperor Caligula, Tiberius awoke from his deathbed and demanded food. Finally, the Prefect of the Guard Macro got fed up with his constant resurrections and suffocated the Emperor with a pillow. That drastic action would end up causing Macro's downfall, as Caligula had him executed for murdering Tiberius once the Prefect of the Guard became a pest when he tried to force the new emperor to marry his ex-wife Ennia (even though Caligula actually wanted to move to Egypt in order to marry his own sister Drusilla) in order to gain a great amount of power within the empire.

I read a book called "the damage done" by an Australian drug trafficker. He was locked up in the 'Bangkok Hilton'. He wrote that the food was so bad in there, it lacked any kind of nutrition. They used it to feed the cockroaches to "fatten them up" then eat the cockroaches to avoid starvation. Can you imagine!? It's a great book though. How true it is, I also don't know. I have them condition that when you laugh so hard you faint/can have seizures. It’s seriously so terrifying and honestly super painful. @J_McPhearsom
@J_McPhearsom 2 жыл бұрын
That sounds very much like Narcolepsy with Cataplexy by the way. What is it called? Laughter isn't a trigger for me, but is quite common in other Narcolepsy Type 1. Mine are less sudden, and rarely totally lose consciousness. Typically a trigger sets off severe headaches, followed by fatigue and yawning/"sleep attacks". To others it looks like falling asleep, if only that were so. For me its disconcerting twilight between brain states, still awake but random stuff from dreams starts to spill over into thoughts and visuals. In my case my Narcolepsy was found to be either caused by past Lyme's Disease infection as kid, or due to the brainstem tumor I have also battled (aren't we lucky!). I know how difficult it can be to find effective treatments or even a testable diagnosis, as young person with rare neurological diseases. Plus the minefield of doctors, protocols, insurance, and systemic biases. Took me 10 years and many misdiagnosis to find right neurology specialists. Medical gaslighting has altered course of my life. So when it comes to your condition, never afraid to question, second guess, ask for more info if their conclusions don't make sense, especially if it feels like your medical team is not hearing you. Best of luck to you Was told that my severe pain in head and neck was "psychosomatic" (ie in your head) because "you're too young to be in that much pain", instead of doing an MRI which would have revealed the tumor on my brain and spine. Even had seizures, convulsions, which continued at hospital, but never even did EEG to be sure, because of same assumption, dismissing history of recent brain surgery. Had I listened to the first half dozen doctors, I'd be dead, or at best a quadriplegic now.

Constapation can cause death to. Especially if you have enkopresis. In small children the chances of the intestines permanently stretching is very high but that can save their life. Personal experience ahead! (To explain how it affects the body based on my experience): TMI below! I’ve had enkopresis since I was 2. It’s unknown by most doctors due to its rarity so I was lucky to be diagnosed so young. Most kids “out grow” it by the time they’re 13 but I had it until I was 20. My intestines are extremely over stretched and folded from many, many dangerously huge bowel movements. Once in the hospital I had 2 large masses larger than regular basketballs and a 3rd after getting home that night. Because it started so young the stretching of my instestins and the frequency of these problems saved my life. I needed 2 and a half gallons on golightly (spelled wrong), an enama, multiple doses of miralax and several stimulant pills. A few years later though I had that same problem again however this time I almost passed out and was bleeding everywhere. It’s very rare for children 13 to 17 to have enkopresis but it’s extremely rare for anyone 18 or older to have it. It can be life threatening, especially if it starts later in life (around 8 to 12). The stretching of instestins becomes more dangerous the later it starts.

They eat him to death. Another one, a flood in Georgia had the drainage ditches like a river. One guy bets his friend he couldn't swim across. He could not and drown. My boys paternal uncle accidently suffocated and killed his 10 month old daughter, when sleeping beside her on a couch. But unlike the incident in the video he got into legal trouble when a toxicology report found thc and opioids in his system. I can't remember the exact charge, "child endangerment resulting in death" or something like that. He was in and out of court for years trying to fight it. He adored that little girl and loved being a father. A few years later he had a son but unfortunately his baby boy didn't live but for about a or two, due to a genetic condition that had his heart and stomach develop on the opposite side of his body. Just hours after birth he had to have the 1st of multiple open heart surgeries, that his little body was too weak to handle. after the 3rd surgery doctors decided to leave his chest open bc the 4th surgery was scheduled so soon afterwards and they didn't want to risk the trauma to his body causing him to die from shock. however leaving him opened up like that, he got an infection and died from sepsis. fast forward a few more years and he was expecting another baby boy. All he wanted in life was to be a father, so he was extremely happy about having another kid. When the baby was born though, he was black and it was very obvious he was not the baby's dad. He still raised and loved him as his own. But to begin with he was in auch denial of not being the dad that he told anyone that said anything about the baby not biologically being his, that the bany was born jaundice and it was the sun lamps and sunshine treating it that gave the baby a dark tan and that's why his skin was so dark.

I didn't realise defecation syncope was rare- because both my deceased father and I have had it. I had defecation syncope when I was being prepped for a barium enema. That involves being given a really strong laxative. I was diagnosed with ulcerative proctitis as a result of the barium enema. Ulcerative proctitis causes really bad constipation and passing of mucus, pus and blood instead of proper stool. Imagine combining that with a laxative and you will realise why I consider it one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life! I honestly thought I was going to die in possibly the most undignified ways possible. Happily, I got treatment and I am now well. My father got it when he was dying of cancer of the colon. He was losing a lot of blood when passing stool at the time, so I wonder if that was the cause. RIP Dad, love ya.

More info on the wee for a wii They drank distilled water which filled the woman’s brain up with water and it started pushing a against her skull The fast that they drank distilled water is important because distilled water doesn’t have any salt and water flows towards salt which is in the brain causing it to swell. And push against her skull and also she said that it felt like her eyes were coming out of her skull. Her brain quite literally broke out of her skull due to water swelling
