Workout of the Week:
Our athlete and personal trainer, Ashley Pyka, demonstrates isolated shoulder exercises on our FT2 Functional Trainer.
What You’ll Need:
· SCS Bench SCS Bench inspirefitness.com/product/sc...
· D Handlesinspirefitness.com/product/de...
1. Bench Supported Cable Single-Arm Lateral Raises 3 sets of 12 reps (each arm) lightweight
2. Bench Supported Cable Forward Raises 3 sets of 12 reps
3. Standing Cable Single-Arm Front Raises: 3 sets of 12 reps (each arm)

The more you rotate your elbow up (or in) during a front raise the more stress it puts on the joint. if i understood correctly thats a good way to destroy your shoulder. It may isolate the muscle but at a high cost. Anytime you raise your arms rotating in tightens the space in your shoulder joint, rotating out creates space.

If weight was added the bottom of the bench would shred the cable. No recommended unless some position adjustments were made.

You need to isolate your sound when you are recording video. Tell the guys behind you to shut up.

very good way for destroy an expansive cable machine! only a woman can do this.
