Why on EARTH would Tom Bower be nervous writing a book about an ex footballer and ex girl band member? I respect Tom Bower's he's a very intelligent man. But I just feel this is an attack on The Beckham's, especially Victoria. I'm not what you would call a devoted fan of the Beckham's and I didn't see his Netflix documentary, but this seems like a an attack on her character for being a younger woman experiencing some real human emotions like jealously, insecurity and betrayal. Kinsey you think she comes across as very intimating! Why? There are so many famous people that have worked with her over the years. They all say she is a very polite, friendly and respectful to her staff. She's not everyone's cup of tea, but she ain't no JLO or Meghan!

I don't agree either and M&H will never have the likeability factor that V&D have, because they have proven to be nasty, disrespectful, uncaring, narcissistic people who are so blind to the damage they have done. Yes V&D have had their ups and downs, but they sorted them out and came back together. I don't believe Tom Bower when he makes out there is no love there. I think they really do love each other and they have a very happy, contented family, otherwise it would show through the kids that they aren't happy and they so obviously are. I do believe he's got some inside info, but he is just putting his spin on things.

I think the major difference between the Harkles and the Beckhams is that David Beckham has charisma and charm, and it’s hard to dislike the guy, even knowing that he hasn’t always been on his best behavior. But at the end of the day, I think he at least comes across as personable and authentic. It’s a talent and charisma that Harry and Meghan totally lack.

Tom Bower is very misogynistic in regard to Victoria. He says nothing good about her but fawns over her husbands good looks and talent. She 's no fool either, to have managed to keep things together through all their ups and downs and having that many kids too. He's trying to make a comparison between the Beckham's and the Sussex twosome, so Victoria has to be the narcissistic one. He forgets that Harry is what we used to call a chinless wonder with very little going for him other than birthright, and his wife is a hardscrabble social climber who nabbed a prince. Victoria is not a double of Harry's wife. Tom's gender bias is blatantly obvious. Until I watched an interview with Beckham recently all I knew of him were his looks and reputation. After hearing and watching him I was pretty much gobsmacked and found that the man does not match the appearance. He's talented at his game but he certainly knows his looks are his asset and no doubt he knows he can have fun with just about any woman he fancies. I know who I'd choose as the narcissistic partner in the relationship and it isn't the lady. I'm also extremely tired of authors or others who we are told know all about public figures, pontificating on such person's private lives and making money and building their own "brand" off those public figures. Whether I like or despise said public figures is irrelevant. The self described "experts" are really just a new form of parasite living off the efforts of others, not gurus whose every word we should swallow unchallenged. I'm tempted to strongly suggest that these know it all experts should go and get real jobs where they actually have to sweat for their money like the rest of us lowly peons. 🙄 .

I mentioned about that one time when he did an interview on the Megyn Kelly Show a few months back about sparry 5 and the liar wife. I suggested he move it out of camera view - guess he didn't see that!! Later I looked into that and saw info on How the Symbolism of the Swastika Was Ruined by the Nazis in an Britannia online article - The earliest known use of the swastika symbol-an equilateral cross with arms bent to the right at 90° angles-was discovered carved on a 15,000-year-old ivory figurine of a bird made from mammoth tusk. The ancient engraving is hypothesized to have been used for fertility and health purposes ... From its earliest conception, the symbol is believed to have been positive and encouraging of life. Then in 1930's through today, the symbolism of the swastika was ruined by the Nazis.

Please, please, can you all take a step back from Harry's behaviour. I'm a survivor of a convert narcissistic marriage. I have many infinite struggles because we have kids, and also, how is it I wasn't enough. I live with ADHD. Many will relate, even if they won't say, and the same people will 100% agree she has him and the whole royal family (his family) totally isolated from each other. WTF? Only when she appeared with ONE person from her family, it was obvious trouble was to come. Prince Harry is deeply sucked into her power. He has no option but to concede, or he'll have to leave his kids in USA. Harry is living the only possible life he can. What Meghan wants Meghan gets. Yet, Harry has shown in his eyes he feels the disbelief from with some of her behaviours. He also mirrors her behaviour to survive until he can escape and be her platform - what she wants him to mirror. He will be back. He will need time and support to heal from her impact. Mark my words.

Most people in long term relationships have ups and downs, thank goodness most of those people don't get dissected like this in public for trying to keep such marriage issues private and to work through them. Most of us put on an outward show while we try to work through things. If David avoided some taxes, he didn't break the law, he did what most rich people do, they find ways to minimise their tax liability as no doubt Mr Bower's accountant does.

Marriage should not be hard when two people are healthy, psychically and mentally. I don’t find marriage hard at all, and it’s been 15 years. Now, if people are narcissists or narcissistic, marriage will be hard. Also, if you eat poorly and feel miserable, marriage will be hard. If you are broke, marriage will be harder.

The upper echelon often had various extramarital relationships. They would come to an arrangement to allow them to maintain the facade of a 'happy family'. The Beckhams have a marriage arrangement which works for them. Their brand has made them wealthy. Each allows the other a certain amount of freedom, as long as discretion is used. I don't have any issue with that. I know of couples who still loved one another, yet at times had brief affairs. Each accepted this as a way of life. They knew they would never get divorced, because they loved each other very much.

I would also "conceal" fractures in my marriage if I were them. It's the perfect case of not washing your dirty linen in public. Dignified. I think it was ugly of Tom to write about it. I never knew he was so nasty - "that was the purpose of the book". That seems to be his modus operandi. I'm glad I don't know him, and I feel sorry for his wife. Someone should write a book about HIM. I can't listen any more...

I have never been able to understand the fascination with either the Beckhams or Harry and his unsuitable wife. An ex footballer, and ex girl band member, an ex Prince and an ex cable tv actress. Not an intellect between them. So David Beckham is pro Royalty and stood in a line for hours to pay his respects to the late Queen. So what? So did thousands of others. They didn’t receive praise for standing in line. No matter Beckham does, he will never become knighted. He might get a gong but not the one he wants. Hell will freeze over before Beckham and wife are made Sir and Lady.

"Intimidating couple." How are they intimidating, lol?? Both have average intelligence, boring personalities, no charisma, and are terrible parents. Intimidation is usually caused by admiration and respect for someone which is definitely not the case with the Beckhams.
