Sweet chili sauce on chicken tenders/fingers/breast... Awesome. Plum sauce is like a sweeter version of sweet & sour sauce. Duck sauce is ok too. I'm retired in the Philippines, harder to find the common dipping sauces, but the sweet chili sauce is amazing. P.S. My Dad was Canadian, I used to spend many summers visiting family up there in New Brunswick, I'm from Niagara Falls NY area originally.
