@@Mirko_Doggen LMAOO jokes brooo. It's actually yellow cause of the dirt and mud washed from the river banks and river bed. Supposedly pre-Ming the river was actually clear like Yangtze River.

Chang'an-Luoyang region got too developed for its own good, resulting in erosion of yes, and the river being renamed from Da He (the Great River) to Huang He (the Yellow river). The future course of this river would proceed to reshape Chinese demographics entirely, slowly pushing people southwards every time there's a flood producing a flood of refugees from the North

As a Chinese living in mainland China I just finished a campaign of Ming too, getting the Copium War achievement too. I feel relatively comfortable with the new Ming missions and events, which are not as damaging as some have suggested since you have so many tributaries and points to spare. Playing tall and getting all provinces to about 30 dev is really enjoyable. Apart from that, really enjoy your videos!!
