Wow very flexible. Lots of thought in particular went into rigging. I'm curious though, on paper the SRX800 subwoofers seem to have greater SPL and LF extension. Is this due to the flyware?

Exactly that’s my biggest problem with the subwoofer, it’s double the price but it doesn’t get lower and it’s not any more powerful than the 828sp, and also I don’t see any crown amplification on the 900 series it’s also made in Mexico. Let’s see how it holds up but I can already see people using the line arrays but with the srx828sp subs. Flyware should have nothing to do with the specifications

@@SanFranciscoFatboy agreed. Honestly, JBL isn’t what it once was. Their VTX B28 subs were not even close to the L Acoustics KS28s I heard at Electric Forest. PK also couldn’t touch L Acoustics. I’ve moved over to Danley speakers anyway.

You know: I use none power none hanging speakers at small venues of up to 500 guests and only critics are able to notice the difference...saving myself hundreds of $$$ and hours on hanging speakers for nothing...MEYER UPAs by the way.

De lo peor jbl el servicio al cliente a bajado al 0 compre 10 srx 815 y 2 828 todos ellos dejaron de funcionar y lo unico que pedi fueron partes y me dijo un representante de jbl botalos Ala basura por que no hay parte no lo pude creer que ibl tratara a sus clientes asi de lo peor de ahi escribi una Carta a jbl por lo sucedido y me llamo un representante que me tubo pasando El tiempo y nunca me ayudo pero cuando les deje saver que cambie todos los parlantes por otra marca me ofrecieron ayudar si alguien quiere Los parlantes llos regalo son basura de lo peor nunca pedi que me dieran nada gratis solo queria comprar Las partes y que me digan no hay botalos Ala basura por que confiar en jbl

Hmmm looks interesting, tho I don’t see any crown amplification?? Why not jbl and also I just saw these are made in Mexico, just shows how Samsung is really affecting the harman group, let’s see how this line holds up. I hope one day jbl goes back to making their products in the USA which won’t happen any time soon and it seems that they aren’t using crown amplification in their newer products anymore, which is sad and for the price I don’t really know why it’s so expensive it doesn’t get any lower than the srx828 and power wise the 928 not much more powerful at all, like if 500 watts is gonna make a huge difference, cmon jbl please….. 4K for the dual 18 sub? No thanks I think I’ll stick to buying 2 srx828sp over one of these. Even the das event 218 is way better! And like 200 dollars cheaper! Be smart people!
