I was headed to Venice one year with my family , and my Scimitar blew a front wheel bearing . Fully insured , they put us in a (crap ) hotel overnight . then gave us a VW Passat . I turned the lights on and floored it all the way . I have to say the Italian drivers were brilliant , they saw my lights coming & moved over immediately

McCartney writes the slowest most tedious dirges. Lennon was no better. Even his signature “Give leave a chance” is a trudge. The latest, using a recently found demo tape proves the point - slow, turgid, boring. They didn’t speed it up because 30 seconds needs to many repeats.
