To be honest, you and Doro the only Genshin CC from the English community I still watched. Both of you still show positivity and that's what I needed the most. Genuinely confused, when did Ei kill us? Raiden Shogun did attempt to do that tho. I think they mentioned Zhongli because he tricked us by making us run errands for a fake funeral and that he ochestrated the liyue quest after making a contract with the tsaritsa to test whether the people of liyue can lead without him 'cause erosion is a thing, and consequently became one of the people who had a role in the chaos and distresed that childe+fatui caused. In the scene with signora, he flatly stated that it was his script. This doesn't make him an awful archon in my opinion because he retired responsibly by making sure to control the danger (fatui) he brought into liyue, and that he never left the people of liyue alone when his test was ongoing. The vision hunt decree, even if one year, was more messed up imo since war, forced taking of vision causing amnesia and fatui handing delusion that caused casualties were actually shoved in our faces in the AQ. Ei and Zhongli are still two of my favs tho. The worse archon is probably the Tsaritsa for me tho 'cause of how much the fatui had run amok in other countries, to the point of causing death.

Zhongli is the ONLY archon who could genuinely run a country for thousands of years. Ei was crying in her room while letting a robot tyrant rule. Venti alternated between drinking his problems away and sleeping. Nahida was locked up, but her predecessor Rukkhadevata piggybacked on Nabu and Deshret’s support. Focalors was running a sinking ship, but saving that mess was a joint effort.

I have a close friend in-game that I most always sync with. Said friend's from Oz but plays in my server for some reason and that's how we met. Our discussions go like your interviews, and apart from doing some OOB stuff (like the Paimon glitch in coop before they fixed it again -it was something we bonded over) or random mob experiments, we could stray from utter nonsensical topics to deep lore dives so fast in chat, including talks about certain plot holes we hate to see in-game. But I digress. Anywho, we slurp our onions in soup you hooligan. Use a spoon for crying out loud not eat it like an ogre. 😅
