The white rice cake is just called tteok. It's food before cooking with ingredients such as gochujang (Kor chili paste). It is baked or boiled tteok made of pure rice. The tteok made in the previous two ways can be eaten with honey or various sauces. If you visit Korea, try the chicken parade.

You finally tried it! And that's the thing about Korean food and how they serve you at restaurants, at first you will look at the food and the tiny side dishes and think "Is this going to fill me up? " but then by the end of it you will be full and satisfied. And that type of full is not the "I cant breathe" kind of full you get after eating greasy food, but it's a healthy "I'm satisfied but I don't feel bloated" kind of full. PAKISTAN IS NEXT whoop whoop

One Korean KZfaqr introduced this video and 'Olori Eshow' and I come to subscribe. Thanks for your happy meal and I enjoyed yours too. What you asked that food is white rice cake called "ddug". Usually in Korea, we have the rice cake with honey, but there is no rule for the way of eating rice cake. You can have it just as plain rice cake or baked one is ok. The taste of rice cake is close to plain taste, so you can use every kind of sauce, It is just in my point of view. There are so many kinds of rice cake, and also so many information will be in internet about the Korean rice cake. Once Again, thank you for your wonderful videos.
