Wrap those pipes in insulation. It’s easy and defs buys you a few weeks for weatherizing.

My thought is that it is either condensation between the two plastics or somewhere else water is getting in between the two and traveling downhill to that spot.

We it looks like your “cabin” is actually a park model. We use hardi board underpinning with 1” styrofoam board lining it.. no that u cut the under wrap aka: belly board. Time to pull out all wet insulation. Before you install new insulation, make sure it’s a much higher rating. Wrap the pipes before you put the insulation back up. Then buy the underbelly material- you can buy it on line.. also buy the tape that works with it. Do NOT use cheap tape.. use the recommended tape for the underbelly. We owned and operated a park for 25 years.. best of luck.

Appreciate all this! It’s a 2100 sq ft manufactured home. Got the right underbelly material coming. No insulation is wet actually. Just was wet in between the two underbelly material. Did you ever see condensation between double layers of underbelly? I’m wondering if they did wrong by doing two layers of underbelly material

I don't know if this is possible. But it is a thought that came into my mind. Since there was two layers of tart above the top layer was dry and they was water in between the insulation was fine Could it be condensation gathered between the two pieces of tart from the house being warmer above the first layer and under the house being colder And it just not being a big enough cold under there for the condensation to freeze.

Actually this makes sense to me!! Especially since nothing to do with plumbing in the house. Maybe we need another barrier on the ground to lower the difference in temperatures?

@@TheJurgysif it was just condensation then you would see similar moisture in the other sections. Also there's not enough air between those two layers to generate that much water. Should look at the edges of the section to see where the two layers are connected to the cabin. You're probably right that there's a gap somewhere that's allowing rain water to seep between the two layers.

I feel ya with calling dad! I am sorry my friend. One thing you could try is running colored water through the pipes. Something that could wash off easily. Maybe a dumb idea. But it would be similar to a car AC leak die. Maybe rv antifreeze?

Out of curiosity- what platforms did you use to look for an RV park to buy? I am really interested in buying one and have been googling every website I can find along with searching real estate listings. Just curious if you had any suggestions of places you found a lot of listings. Thanks! Enjoying the channel a lot. Been binge watching your videos the past two nights 😆

I just found your channel and I will have to catch up on your other videos- but as far as the cabin goes I don’t know if there is just a shower or a bathtub combo but I did used to work in a national park and was amazed at how many people would fall asleep in the tub with the water running -- just something to keep in mind - enjoy your time off - and hopefully we will come out to your park for a while 🍻

we do have a big jetted tub in the master bathroom! and a shower tub combo in another bathroom. Maybe we should make a sign for that 😂

Side wind/rain and also possible leak from roof traveling down exterior walls. Most mobile homes are not load bearings internal walls.

You have a condensation issue with the two layers of tarp Normally you would have a moistair backed insulation and then that would be all that's needed underground really shouldn't need the plastic IMO but those two layers will normally cause water to form no matter what...We had that issue on a house we redid at the farm. you could get away with an insulation that has the paper moistier backing and then the plastic tarp.

@TheJurgys remove one layer to solve the water issue, you didn't have paper backing so you need a vapor barrier. You could also look into sealing th foundation on the inside to reduce the ammount of temperature change.
