The King of Random, What would happen if you put concrete in a vacuum chamber and let it set. Will it be stronger then regular concrete setting in atmosphere pressure, or differ. Maybe do one under air pressure and let that set. Which will make it on top or will it just be the same. It’ll be a great project.

You don't need an experiment to determine if nitrogen will extinguish an electrical arc. A MIG welder uses nitrogen gas to shield the arc from atmospheric moisture and oxygen to ensure your weld isn't contaminated

Below -210°C, nitrogen freezes and becomes a solid. Above -196°C, nitrogen boils and becomes a gas. Mercury becomes a solid at -37.89°F. So yes it will freeze.
