Hi and welcome back to The Kneady Homesteader channel where today I am answering the most asked question that I have been receiving lately and that is....Heather, what Bible do you use, that big giant spiral bound bible!
So here it is! I share it all....my Bible, my favorite additional books, my pens and highlighters.....as well as some chit chat about future video's laying on my heart, and wanting YOUR thoughts and opinions. Thank you for praying for me and over me as we continue to walk forward on this new journey together.....and healing through this last leg of our tragedy, at least physically. Emotionally, I will always be healing and growing from the experience....I just pray God uses me until the day I get to go home.

My Dad is 93, and has always been a minister, and his old Bible had TONS of personal notes and references, from decades of studying and sermons. He took it everywhere with him. He took it with him on a missionary trip to Germany, and it was stolen at a train station. It could have been an upsetting thing, as he wanted to pass it down to one of my brothers, but instead he said, "Maybe that person needs it worse than I do!"

Heather my friend. I don't think you can ever know how many people you and Matt touched and helped with your channel. The love, friendship and joy ya'll gave folks is amazing. I don't talk about it much but I had lost my twin sister to cancer and I went thru some really dark times. Ya'll could take a bad day for me and turn it into a day that wasn't as bad as I thought it was. For that, I will always be thankful. You have always been and will always be my go to bread lady. If I wanted to know something I could usually find it on your channel. You made some cinnamon rolls once and put apples in them. They looked so good and Matt really liked them. I was waiting to see if you would make them with cherry pie filling. Cherry cinnamon rolls or blueberry or peach sound awesome. I still haven't tackle your braided bread yet but, its on my list. And I've got to figure out how to defrost frozen pizza or bread dough properly. I remember I bought a bunch of tattler lids and was scared silly to try using them. You made a video showing how to do it and that gave me the courage to try. So much I still want the teacher (you) to teach me but, you take whatever time you need to heal. We WILL wait on you. You look beautiful! Prayers for quick healing. Don’t be lifting anything heavy sweet woman! Jeremiah 29:11 is my favorite verse. I had it put on my sweet sister’s headstone. I lost her in 2016 to cancer. She moved in with us for the last 14 months of her life. It was such a privilege and honer to take care of her. I still miss her everyday. But she is waiting for me along with our parents. Heaven’s sounding sweeter all the time. ~Kentucky Angie ❤

So nice to see another person that loves to read bibles.. I pray daily for Rapture, because it really seems close, but in the meantimes reading the bible and living our earthly lives the best we can.. I think even in our troubles God wants us to find Joy.

Oh my…my heart hurts. When you were talking about the baguettes, it made me think of my dad. I made your carrot cake jam in 2021 and it was the last jam my dad ever came to the kitchen and got from me. He liked the sample so much he snuck back in later in the day and grabbed a whole jar. He unexpectedly passed a couple weeks later. I have not been able to bring myself to open a single jar of that jam. Maybe it’s time.

You still look like a doll!! I have such respect for you, Heather. I am going through some oral surgery right now (just had the 2nd one), but am looking at yet another. When I find myself sinking into self pity, your face comes before me. I immediately feel guilty for even feeling self pity at all, especially when I think what you have been through and are still going through!! I know it will be worth it…it’s just hard to go through!! I have heard that we need to write our plans in pencil & give Him the eraser. He knows what we need to be & do more than we do. Disappointments are hard sometimes. You are an inspiration to so many of us women. I Hope to become like you. Right not we don’t even have a church. All of the churches we were in for years have had fallen apart, so during COVID we started staying home and watching online church, but it’s not the same. Thank you for praying for me. I had a biopsy on my Thyroid nodules and they were benign. I also had a heart Cath and my heart is good. I’m going through lots of blood tests and other tests to find out what is causing my symptoms. I also have hypothyroid and I found a lady on Facebook that is doing a Class next week for Thyroid. Her name is Jade Malay if you’re interested. It’s for 5 nights next week. You will be in my prayers.

Keep it up my sister. God is by your side. I totally understand I recently moved to CT 😢and I’m looking for a church ⛪️ but I can’t find one. I miss my congregation, my sisters in Christ. That is my healing church but God works in mysterious ways and as I here my sister Heather’s testimonies I know He will complete his purpose in me and my family here in CT New Ground. Here’s a blessing when you’re loss someone too soon. God, this. This is impossible. This grief is too much to bear. If there was a tight order to the world that you made, it’s come unspooled and no one will wind it up again. I feel it coming. That ache for the stories that will never be told. And an anger rising when I remember what never should have been. Worst of all. God, could anything be worse? It is so beautiful the way this grief is a language of love. I am lovesick with this much sorrow. Teach me to speak this new mother tongue. Show me how to memorize so I can never forget what they gave. And what has gone. Excited for "Meal Prep Mondays" and baking bread again! I love that you can share so many helpful tips, tricks, recipes, etc. I was never really taught how to cook. I need a recipe or a box with directions. LOL Loved the story of your dad transforming leftover pizza to a meal to feed the family! Skills like that are what I hope to learn. Another God answer-I’ve wanted to learn how to make breads so that if things go wrong I’ll be able to at least make breads for my family and friends. He’s so amazing how he tells you what we all need (Christian’s) for when the time comes that things are hard to find at a store. Thank you for being you and esp following His Lead!!!!

Thank you for all the info on all your Bibles. While I love to see a video of you pop up, I'm not sure this is what your doctor had in mind when he said " be a potato". Heather please take the time and relax and rest, your body need time to heal. We will all be here when you are healed and then you can do all these things you want to do. Maybe you should take up cross stitch for a week or so.

You look great for what you had done! My issue with shopping for food these days is the bioengineered ingredients in everything 😠 I'm to the point if I can't make it myself and I don't trust to buy it we do without. Sad it has come to that in our country!
