Food for thought: if a uni graduate cannot go back to their 'village' upon graduation, then the education system needs to address the 'why'. The school curriculum/course contents should be designed in such a way as to address prevailing problems/challenges in the villages/small towns. The result of being creative/inventive in solving problems/challenges is job creation/opportunities. Let's copy that from white people :)
