This video covers the method of thinking about any topic and how to treat the topic. Solutions is the key and secret to a good lecturette in GTO TESTS because leader s a person who is a status changer and therefore a solution oriented person.
The whole concept of ssb coaching today is ambiguous and creates doubts and confusions in the minds of students or candidates. The candidates. As a result of coaching start focusing on ssb and how to manipulate their answers responses in ssb interview. What they need to do is understand what LEADERSHIP means and how much they have in them and how to develop it rather than thinking how to impress GTO psychologist OR an interviewing officer . Superb explaination dear sir. What is the definition of topic? What's the importance? How's the present scenario of the topic? How can it improve in the future in order to bring out the potential?
