Can i say something? Movie making is not CORPORATE entity where you an HR related labour laws, its all about business dynamics, about the celebritydom of the star to pull in a crowd... There have been times when yesteryear heroines were paid more than their omale counterparts like Hema Malini, even Jaya Bachchan got paid more than Amitabh Bachchan in some of the movies that they starred in... I love both #KanganaRanaut & #TapseePannu for same reason... They Both are Bold, Beautiful, Bindaas, Sidhi Baat No Bakwas type... Dono kisi ki chamchagiri nahi karti.. Dono ko jo sahi lagta he vo muh pe ya Camera Pe bol deti he.. (*Ha vo baat alag he ki dono jo bole vo har time sahi hi ho, kuch time vo galat bhi hoti he*) But atleast vo bindaas bolti he jo unko sahi lagta he ❤💥 & Yes they don't like each other thats their problem, Not mine.. i love them both 😅

I completely agree with what Tapsee said but one thing I would want to add is that it is easier for a female actor from non movie background to get launched compared to a male actor from non movie background.
