Welcome back to another video, thanks for watching!
Before the Croats attack me, YES I KNOW I WROTE ŽIVJELI WRONG😵🍺
So our neighboor in our Zagreb apartment did some construction without permits, now our floor sank. Fear not for I’m flying on my way there!
flydubai used to fly during the winder schedule with Emirates operating in the summer one, but due to low demand during Covid it’s flydubai year round.
I haven’t flown the B737 Max 8 in just over 3 years so I’m looking forward to this experience!
I’ve already flown a few times on flydubai and like their product. Like everything in the UAE: striving to be the best in its category.

Coming from Malaysia where the skies are dominated by the red livery of AirAsia, I'm amazed by Flydubai's product. It makes me reconsider the possibilities of what a low cost carrier can be. Brilliant and so informative as always 👏. Flydubai looks so impressive and I’d be very happy using them on a medium haul flight but for longer then 5hrs I’d prefer a bigger aircraft. I love the livery and as you said the inside looks so sleek and modern, those entertainment screens looks a 10/10 and the food looks pretty decent for a so call low cost carrier. Yes being at DXB and seeing A380s is the norm , bring on the next one. 👍

They’re perfectly fine to fly to Zagreb! I go almost every 2 months and never minded it at all. They’re very much in like with Emirates on their codeshare flights. The beer in Croatia’s always good🤤

Yes, I saw flydubai cashing in on this lucrative route. I guess flydubai started TLV also as a “test” for Emirates just to find out the insanity of demand between both cities. Papito is telling you: We’ll have A380’s flying there soon! See you next video!

You should hear those LEAP engines starting up when sitting in-front of them, same on takeoff. They sound awesome! Like a mini GE-90. lol But yeah they can take a while to start. (LEAP 1A and 1B both)

Again another jem my friend a lovely trip report ,love Fly Dubai product Large IFE screen and seat pitch better than some legacy carriers . Down side any flight over 3 hrs on a narrow body budget not for me . Here again Jet Blue mint combination along with budget is interesting mix . Indian new airline Akasa Air planning a Jet blue mix which starts operations in June if Boeing 737 max delivery issues are sorted out .They have an order for 72 Boeing 737 max 737-8 & 737-8-200 high capacity

Saud! Thanks! The product is stunning indeed. And regarding the time on a narrow body, I kind of usually agree, but this particular planes feels very spacious so I did not notice at all. I think that up to 6.5 hours this is great. But it’s horrible indeed if it was like 95% of all other B737’s around.. Never even heard of Akasa Air, let me have a look at them! Sounds interesting. 3:12 you have two options. Either use Mahan Air's own site, but you will need an Iranian bank card since SWIFT is not connected to Iran :). Or use foreign agencies which have contact to Iran. The one I use are either 1stquest or Tap Persia. Economy for me was 158€, business 769€. The best chances for a better price are good contacts like Sam Chui used to with Iran Air.

Thank you, your video is "digital trip", I remembered my first trip out of Saudi Arabia , Also it was my first time on plane, The funny part is My holiday started 05/02/2024, And the flight was in 02:10 AM, I was at work until 12:00 AM the of 04/02/2024, So I got benefited from my holiday soon 🤣 I was excited and spent more than 24 hours awake, because I woke up at 11:00 AM in 04/02/2024, I arrived Maldives at 03:30 next day 05/02 I slept around 07:00 PM that night, by the way my flight RUH - DXB landed in Terminal 2 after that they directed me to Terminal 3, for quick look T2 looks older and kind of 90s design compared to T3 but it's OK for me, anyway I hate traveling by bus between terminals, For me as first time traveler I am grateful that my flight was NOT direct because I wanted to exposure myself to 4 takeoffs and 4 landings.

Hey Mike, thanks for your comment!! The thing is that they are mostly there for 7-13 seconds and to leave it longer would mean others would have to disappear. So it’s either longer staying comments but at the cost of less info.. I’ll do my best to get improve Mike. Perhaps some day I can add voice overs too (at the cost of the beautiful sound..), we’ll see!

The jokes of the sound I can't XD. Although that, the 737max is still very smooth and quit compared to the older 737s and 320s, but the bathroom not as big. That why the a320neo and the 220 are been more popular since there are more modern, even more quiet (specially the P&W engine option) and why people may prefer it. And considering it's reputation, I am sure 100% of people would say not to the amount of hours inside him. From my opinion though, I am not sure what to tell, I really like the normal 737. Exelent video like always.

It’s very smooth indeed. I try not to think about its reputation cause it’s quite the topic. It was a quick answer to the Airbus’s NEO. Despite my love to the B737, I believe Boeing needs a clean slate replacement instead of constant updates for this senior model. Now the A220 is a game changer! I flew it first some months ago (think the video might be next) and it was instant love for me. The most comfortable narrow-body by FAR, so I forgot about all 737’s and 320’s! Great low cost indeed but I also think we need to remember they play in a different field than other low costs around the world. They dont have to worry about fuel costs and can easily throw a couple millions towards their cabin for IFE screens etc.

Why not Jeffrey? A1 Jet fuel costs pretty much the same in DXB vs many other airports. Price differences in A1 is minimal vs regular petrol. it’s a myth! These airlines have to refuel abroad too. The reason why they have to be great is because the Middle Eastern market is competitive and demanding. People don’t like bad cheap cabins. In Europe and USA it seems to he the norm and people accept it..🤷🏻‍♂️

People in the US accept it because they are very price sensitive! It’s been proven over and over that people in the US aren’t willing to pay for anything more than basic transportation. The few perks you see on US carriers are aimed at business travel and even so, companies demand relatively lower fares.

Voy a ver tu video! En el Oriente Medio, como en la mayoría de Asia, los estándares de servicio son muy altos y si una low cost tuviera un servicio básico temen que no funcionaría.. Hay algunas low cost que funcionan bien, como Air Arabia, pero se concentran más en los laboristas en los Emiratos Árabes con menos recursos. Ya intentaré hacer un vídeo! Un abrazo!

2:30 - why not big brother?? 4:27 - those are Advanced Technology (AT) winglets right? Not Split Scimitar. I’ve flown FZ a few times. Loved the experience. Though they were a bit cramped than I see here. Have flown many times through T2. It isnt as plush as T1 and T3, but the simple layout takes some bit of stress off. Gives you a feeling of moving faster theu procedures and ure ready to board. The Marhaba lounge in T2 sucks sadly.

Why not big sister? Many aviators refer to their aircraft as “ladies”, so I usually talk about the A380 as being a “she”. Just a habit. Yes, the winglets are indeed called 737 MAX AT Winglets, think it’s mentioned somewhere, but they are of a split scimitar/split tip design. The rest of the name is just selling points manufacturers love to use. Like Airbus calling it “sharklets”?!🤯 Haven’t tried the Marhaba lounge in T2 yet.. Let’s see when I travel from there.

I’ll try but flying X aircraft on Turkish Airlines is a lottery as they keep changing equipment on short notice. There are just so many different types in the fleet!

It’s free in Business Class and I *think* it is also free for Emirates ticketed passengers, but don’t take my word for granted as it’s been a while since I flew with them on an EK ticket.

It all depends of the passport you hold. As long you are ok to enter to Croatia you’re allowed to transit in Dubai. Anyone can transfer as long as you meet the requirements for the final destination.

So I have an app where I check live airplane traffic, and when I can’t use that I will write down the registration and then search at home where those planes were going. Quite some extra work but worth it, isn’t it?!

Do you mean Emirati’s by local? If so, I think it would depend on the destination they’re going to.. I’ve seen them on both airlines. But by far the most popular destinations where you find planes full would be London, Munich and Bangkok! So Emirates that is.

Like Flydubai, but absolutely hate the 737 MAX 8! Except for the back screen seats, there is nothing comfortable or nice on this noisy plane. Did two flights and both were equally uncomfortable with tiny seats, tiny isle where you can only walk sideways and it is virtually impossible to bypass another passenger and the tiny toilet with even tinier sink where the water splashes all around because your hands cannot fit in there. MAXimum discomfort for MAXimum profits. Surely, Boeing could do better than this!

The newer B737’s are not my favorite either.. True about the profit part. But some airlines did a good job with the interiors. It’s rare though..
