Gak bang... Part Reff nya netral yang masukin ke lagu ini, part garuda di dadaku garuda kebanggaan ku itu sudah ada sebelum lagu ini, irama nya diambil dari lagu papua, Apuse. Om Bagus nulis lirik dan ditambahkan jadi apik bang. Dan jadi lagu chant bola & bulu tangkis biasanya

FYI, Garuda is the National Symbol of Indonesia, and it's not an eagle btw lol.. The title could means two things : "Garuda in my heart" (the spirit of it) and also "Garuda on my chest". This song is dedicated to our national football team, and the symbol of Garuda is usually embroidered on the chest part of the athlete's uniform. Anyway I'm looking forward to this bro! ✌

Another trivia. For us Indonesian this song is easy to sing cos the melody was adapted from "Apuse", a traditional song from Papua (the easternmost island of Indonesia). We've all learned the song since primary school.. And btw, Torabika is a coffee brand. What a coincidence 😂

The origin of that song is remake from papua song... The name song is "Apuse"... Papua is from east Indonesia who has Higest Mountain in Indonesia, most beautyfull water place called "Raja Ampat" and the biggest gold sourch(gold mine called "Freeport")

LOL.....Coffee...... My Indonesian friends got married in Bali, and some of his colleagues were coming from Singapore (including me). And they were all surprised and excited knowing that the wedding souvenir is Bali Coffee. LOL... Coffee and Chilis (sambal) are different for each Indonesian region. Aceh Coffee, Arabica Mandheling Coffee, Gayo Coffee, Toraja Coffee, etc. Every time I came back from Indonesia to Singapore, the first thing my house mate and colleagues asked would be, "Do you bring chili?" And Garuda di Dadaku is the song that I often listen whenever I need to pump my motivation, before long period of work or study.

Just sayin... Garuda isn't same as eagle. It is a mythological creature, that become our National symbol. Our national football team's jersey has this "garuda" printed next to the left chest. Garuda di dadaku literally means our nation spirit is within our heart. Correct me if I'm wrong. Btw we like your reactions, bro. Some of these bands, I grew up listening to them. From the MTV era until present. You just bring me the nostalgia. Thank You.
