I'm back with another cooking video! A lot of people requested I'd do some vegan food so here I am! Enjoy 💕
fish sauce recipe:
- 1 part fish sauce (there are vegan ones out there)
- 1 part lime juice
- 2 parts sugar
- 3-4 parts water (warm water makes it easier to dissolve the sugar)
- chili
- garlic
adjust the ratio to fit your taste!

Omgg that morning glory dish was my absolute favorite growing up! LOL idkk why but I had to pick the veggies for my mom as a kid and I still do TO THIS DAY whenever I visit my parents (I'm like in my mid twenties ToT). But I definitely ate all these growing up and even more now since my family has become more religious. My aunt even makes chay pho with apples!

where would you get proteins from? except tofu other dishes seem to contain very little of it.
@re_lamb
@re_lamb 3 жыл бұрын
You don’t need to eat a lot of protein unless you’re trying to build muscle. This amount of protein is fine for someone who’s just doing day-to-day activity, but if you wanted some more protein then you could use more tofu, or even add some beans, nuts, mock meat, etc.

kay k yes I know its not about me its about the fish. But thx. The meals are plant based then not vegan. Vegetarian and vegan is really not the same. And this isnt even veggi.
@realgar9588
@realgar9588 3 жыл бұрын
Rachael Rachael you know maybe, but when I say this its because I think if you are vegan for the animals you dont make exceptions if you know that there is a vegan option (she has a lot of follower so another reason for me). I was thinking the same when I wasnt vegan. But now just seing this makes me think of the fish and it hurts me because of what they are going through. I hope you watched eds video. Saying I make vegans look bad bec I care about the fish is also a bit hypocritical. It makes me feel like she isnt vegan really, maybe just plant based and not for the animals. Did she then just put the « vegan » in the title because these videos are very popular atm ? I am not mad at her I just think she should have written plant based then. But then I wouldnt have watched it lol. I hurts thinking that some might think that veganism is a trend bec I wouldn’t like it if people would think that not killing and torturing me is a trend. Obviously, everyone is supposed to do its best, but every time you dont you will support the killing of animals and if you know that there are options then you basically choose the killing option... its not just about yourself like for example your style, no here other lives depend on your decision, other lives even though there are options. Anyway, when I started being vegan I was also thinking let everyone do what he wants to do, but at the end you let them kill animals when you would have been able to plant a seed in someones brain. Its like with everything, being neutral is like supporting it. I did not say anything against her, my thoughts are only with the fish. Xx

@@realgar9588 it ain't that serious man just click away lol... this video is about nostalgic viet recipes that she learned from her grandfather that you can make vegan. These recipes are home comfort food growing up and they are fucking bomb. Fish sauce is a staple in viet cuisine. 🙄
