I’m a 5’6 meathead. I was literally Mike at their age. Had cancer at 25 but up till then I lived the same life as Mike. 3 years clear and having a hard time finding that psycho I’m me at the gym but I swear watching their vids fired me up. Im still big. On gear 300 a week. But I had rich piana to look up to back then now these guys come out of no where snd thank you I had the best workout I’ve had in awhile today. Just bought some beats. Im ready to get big af again. If y’all are ever in Clearwater fl I’d love to lift with you guys. I love the vibe they have in the gym. Back at my best I did 225 32 times 315 15 times 405 2-3 times 3rd was iffy but hell yeah keep it up I really needed someone like you guys.

I just wanted to say this podcast has truly inspired me. I grew up in the foster care system, was adopted at 14, and am now in college. Honestly, after hearing what the Tren twins mentioned in the last podcast it is truly inspiring to me to keep pushing to be the best. Also been starting to read scriptures and becoming a follower of Christ! Love y'alls content.

This podcast was fire af. From society, faith in God, Star Wars and bodybuilding. It was so relatable on every subject and just motivates me. I was in good shape 3 years ago, 6’1 195 about 12% bf. I was so dedicated but then I fell off and 3 years later I gained 100lbs of fat. But ever since Alex and The Twins and rewatching Rich Piana I’m dedicated more then I ever was. Already dropped 20lbs and got my bench back up from 225 x 1 in January to 225 x 10 now. I’m gonna be back in my prime around 205-210lbs benching 315 for reps again in way better shape. Glory to God and keep grinding bros 💪🏽
