Those fruits are delicious but I was having the same smoothie from all vegetables and fruits and my sugar went to the roof. The doctor prescribed me Metformin but I refused and started instead with a low carbs diet which worked and in 6 months my sugar was normal again.

I eat the same types of food that she does every day and I'm not wealthy (far from it). Organic celery juice, heavy-metal detox smoothie every day (wild blueberries, banana, spirulina, cilantro, barley grass juice extract powder, atlantic dulse), salads made with romaine and/or mixed greens (spinach, kale, etc) every day for lunch, fish on most days, Wal-Mart has a great organic produce section.

It's so true about glass bottles. I also prefer soda in glass. And this way I'm limiting my consumption of soda. Or I'm just tricking myself)

my smoothie mid day: handful Hawaiian spirulina tablets, splash of liquid magnesium and liquid minerals, juice of 1/2 lemon, i whole grapefruit, 1/2 dropper vanilla stevia, 4 ice cubes, 1 cup pineapple juice. I've learned to enjoy it, Its how I get the minerals and spirulina down, which helps me feel great and energized at 78. I couldn't "like" this video because of the snarky narrator voice.

Melania Trump was (and will be again in 2025) America's most beautiful and elegant First Lady to date. Of course, Jakie Kennedy was quite stylish, however, she did not have the same level of classic beauty or physical features as Melania has. It was a different time in history. If Jackie Kennedy would have lived at the same time as Melania, I imagine not much would be different about her. She was a standout, a trendsetter in her day, especially when she wore her pillbox hats, gloves, and clutch handbags. Jackie was most definitely a close second, mainly due to her tomboy, athletic side, which is wonderful and amazing, and a great outlet for her, but it did tilt her in that direction more than not because that's where her heart truly was, riding horses in the woods, sailing, riding bicycles, playing tennis, etc., whereas Melania's business was all about fashion, modeling, designing jewelry and accessories, and running her own businesses. That all changed of course when her husband ran for president.

Being from Europe, I can totally relate to her china cup and saucer style. The biggest problem I had when living in the US was to find a café that would serve a coffee in a china cup with saucer. Sometimes they would dig up a china cup from somewhere on the bottom of their shelves, all dusty, with a saucer that didn't match the cup, and washed it for me. :-) I really appreciated that, as having a coffee in a plastic or paper cup totally ruins my experience of enjoying coffee!

I recently found a fantastic app called mealime (no typo) and put myself as a flavarian. This is someone who eats predominantly fruits & veges with small amounts of meat and dairy. This seems to be Melania's diet. I am loving my new diet and the mayo clinic diet fits this model perfectly. Not only am I cooking more, having more variety in meals, and enjoying it, but also saving money as the app generates shopping lists and you can delete stuff you already have. it also has simple recipes that don't require exotic ingredients, but ones I have on hand. I feel much better on this type of diet, but I do still have packaged food for convenience or taste at times.

I have a smoothie every morning made in my Vitamix. This is the best compulsive buy I have ever done. It is American made, a 8 year warranty and great customer service. A Vitamix compared to all other blenders is like comparing a private plane to a commercial jet. I have made frappucinos, soups, smoothies, salad dressings, sauces, etc. The froth is amazing. I have made "creamed" soups without using Half-n-Half.
