The Guardian sites him as "one of the most impressive white soul voices since Steve Winwood and Robert Palmer". With a room full of people completely silent as he performed, you can believe the hype. In a previous life Alex formed successful band 'Vagabond' who sold out two headline UK tours and supported artists such as James Morrison and The Script.
