if my memory serves me right, several years back before everyone came here to be nostalgic, a bunch of people actually specifically commented on a video about this song(there was a music video i believe? i forget if it still exists.) and they were all just trashing his accent and saying a ton of awful shit about it. i wonder if that's part of why he stopped singing with just his raw voice. sad if so, his voice sounds lovely especially WITH the accent
